Under 13's cup final winners!!!
On Thursday 21st May the under 13's played Little Lever in the cup final. After the first half of no score, I thought it would be another cup final going to extra time and penalties. However the under 13's picked up their game in the 2nd half and opened the goal scoring gates. With Bury 2 nil up Little Lever claimed a goal back through a penalty they were awarded, however Bury hit back with another goal making the final score 3-1 to Bury. Well done boys a great match to watch and a win you throughly deserved.

 Under 16's cup final winners!!!
Today (Sunday 17th May) the under 16's played Bolton County in the cup final at Atherton LR football ground. After 80 mins of play neither team had managed to score so it went into extra time with Bury getting the first, but then Bolton county scored an equalizer with minutes to go and therefore it took the game to penalities. Due to the keeper Jamie being injured in extra time Sam Cliffe was in net and managed to stop one of the penalities and with Bury keeping their nerve Bury won 5-4. Well done lads what a great team performance and well done also to Andy and Paul.
